Reflecting on the past year…
Over the last year, the Online Store has evolved into an intuitive platform now offering over 600 consumables, standards, accessories and software items, across all instruments in the Malvern range.
The store was primarily launched in the USA, Canada, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and the UK, followed by France and Germany a few months later.
It has helped save customers time, with an easy to set up store account and the ability to purchase items on account or by credit card, with orders being dispatched by courier to the required delivery address.
It has saved customers money, with 5% off all store orders completed online via ‘credit card’ or ‘on account’, and in order to help customers that don’t have the facility to purchase online, we now offer 2.5% off orders that ‘create a quote’ online and then order offline.
Looking forward to the future…
Soon we are planning to add even more items to the store, rolling out to more countries, and continuing to add more features, to help our customers save time and money.
