Enjoy free training with a CTI2000 voucher
Thanks for being a customer! You have come here because you received a training class voucher as part of your new instrument delivery? Let’s find out how to actually use this voucher.
What is a CTI2000 voucher ?
The CTI stands for Classroom Training Included, so this voucher is your ticket to attend a classroom style training from Malvern Panalytical, it is included. We provide these training courses for most of our technologies. At least in English and also several additional languages. As part of processing your order, an email with the CTI2000 voucher should automatically arrive in your email inbox. The main detail, of course, is the voucher number. This is typically an 8-digit number that corresponds to a case in our system. [Occasionally, the voucher code is a combination of letters and numbers.] You will need this number to register for the training class.
Which courses can I attend ?
You can find a listing of all available trainings at our main website – webinars and events – user training events. This will create a listing of all upcoming global training events. You can Search and Sort this list by language, product, technology. Please note the different time zones and languages of the courses. Many courses allow free registration with the CTI2000 voucher code. So take advantage of your voucher and use it before it expires. There are in principle two types of class room training you can attend:
- remote, virtual training via Teams. You can log in from your computer via a suitable internet connection and join the meeting. There are no associated travel costs.
- in person training at a site designated by us. Typically this takes place at a Malvern Panalytical facility. You will have to arrange your own transportation (travel), accommodation (hotel), and lodging (food) on your own.
Sign me up – how to register
Once you have identified a suitable training and have your voucher ready, click on the course, read and confirm the description, then scroll to the bottom and select the “CTI2000 Voucher – Please provide voucher number upon registration” option. You have to change the number from 0 to at least 1 to select this option. Then press “Register”, provide the requested details with the voucher code and that’s it.
