Note: This software no longer supports the use of the Malvern Access Control (MAC) or 21CFR Pt.11 feature key. This functionality is now provided via OmniTrust. Users that wish to move on to the OmniTrust platform are now supported to retain access to their existing audit trail information. For more information, refer to the SUN document before installing the software or contact your Malvern Panalytical representative.

Version 4.01 is a maintenance upgrade. 

Software version 4.0 of the software introduced OmniTrust to the Mastersizer platform. OmniTrust is Malvern Panalytical’s solution for regulatory compliance and data integrity across different product ranges.

For our pharmaceutical customers currently using the Malvern Access Configurator (MAC) and/or 21CFR features of Mastersizer v3.88 and below - we recommend remaining on your existing version until an upgrade path is available, as the system audit trails are not currently compatible with this new OmniTrust version of Mastersizer application software.
