In this webinar, Dr Reza Baserinia, Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University, will explore the relationships between the flow properties of powders used in Additive Manufacturing processes and the mechanical properties of the fabricated components.
Flow properties measured using the FT4 Powder Rheometer are presented alongside tensile strength and surface hardness measurements on fabricated parts to identify correlations.
Understanding the relationships between these properties helps to develop and specify powders that enhance both process efficiency and final product quality.
