X-ray diffraction has undoubtedly been integral towards materials science research. We want to gather the XRD community to share knowledge and gain ideas on how to improve materials research. For the upcoming series of Malvern Panalytical’s XRD workshops across the Asia Pacific region, we have invited our leading application specialist, Dr Olga Narygina, to share her knowledge.
Alongside esteemed researchers from the University of New South Wales, she will take you through a 2 day programme covering the topics of proper sample preparation, hands on analysis using our latest tabletop XRD - Aeris and data analysis.
14 May - Basics to powder XRD
15 May - Advanced analysis of powder XRD
About Dr Narygina
Dr Olga Narygina is Malvern Panalytical's Asia Pacific Application Specialist. She was previously the Application Specialist in our Supply Centre in the Netherlands, and has recently relocated to Brisbane, Australia. Her specialization is in powder X-ray diffraction at ambient and non-ambient conditions.
About Dr Wang
Dr Yu Wang is the Scientific Officer for Powder Diffraction Instruments at UNSW's Mark Wainwright Analytical Center. He has published more than 90 papers relating to lithium / sodium storage and more.
